What did Sergio Aguero ever do wrong?

The media needs a target, never ashamed to create one when required, and Aguero seems to have never matched any of the categories that enable the media to pounce on him as hero or villain.  He never seems to cause any unrest in the team and is never subject to any negative press. For the papers and plastic TV pundits, the only thing he seems to do wrong is doing everything right.  BUY SERGIO AGUERO MERCHANDISE  He netted 4 goals at Spurs in October 2014, and 10 in 3 games during the later season.  He won the Player of the Year award in the same, ironically the only year he didn't score more than 30 league goals.  All this should imply that he be lauded like a Rooney or a Suarez  He scores reliably,  Harry Kane may be top scorer, but he has played more minutes than Aguero, and for a Statto-obsessive goal per minute means more in terms of consistent talent than goals in total.  He holds the record, above Thierry Henry, for goals per minu...

Tarantino's Faltering Career

initial success One cannot argue that when Quentin Tarantino first entered the Hollywood arena with Reservoir Dogs, that generation of movie-goers were mesmerised by his brash new style, funky dialogue and irreverence for many established tropes.   After Reservoir Dogs, and with screenwriting credits to other top movies such as True Romance and Natural Born Killers, as well as later From Dusk Til Dawn, he released Pulp Fiction which many rightly regard as his greatest work.  credits fixation Jackie Brown was not written by him which is important bearing in mind his love for elaborate and silly initial credits.   A movie fapped over by Quentin Tarantino would be more than enough one imagines.  Yet it is the strong performances that really rescue this film.  It is worth a watch along with all of his earlier work.  It can be argued that Kill Bill 1 is his best movie, surpassing even the great Pulp Fiction. Why did it all go wrong, Tom Hardy?

In the second part of this expose on the faltering careers of past acting greats we focus on one who many may argue is not yet a great at all, but still yet to achieve such heights.  Well, a dip it may be, and maybe less serious even than Denzel's recent form ( see here ) but one has to admit that going on previous works, Tom Hardy's career has certainly seemed to hit a low point lately. Mr Hardy's break-through role must surely be the third and final Christopher Nolan Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises in which he played a small human-sized version, minus the drug craze and addiction, of Bane.  In this film, he certainly presented his acting chops to the universe and also cemented his reputation as a man not afraid to beef up for a role.  After star turns in such as Star Trek Nemesis, as well as the excellent Steven Spielberg TV show Band of Brothers one would be expected to assume Tom was headed for the very top. What can we say about the awful and pointles...

Do your Research Before Buying a PM 2.5 Pollution Mask

With development comes pollution, and though we love the benefits of a driven and vibrant economy no one likes the side effects a major example of which is air pollution. PM 2.5 refers to particulate matter, tiny little pieces of material, below 2.5 microns across which is danger size for your lungs.   Particulate matter above 2.5 microns in diameter is still dangerous, but less so according to scientists.  These particles are so small that thousands of them will hide in this full stop. Particles this small will travel deep into your lungs because the body has no defence against particles this tiny.  One of your best options is the stay indoors, although even indoor levels may be high if the levels outside are high.  If you smoke cigarettes or use candles or cook with oil, then these activities will contribute to this PM 2.5 pollution.  The particulate matter is about 30 times thinner than a human hair and mostly originates from car exhaust in a city...

Don't Forget Your Staging

Kerbal Space Program is the best game for children or adults.  This is a simple fact.  There can be no dispute.  Developed by Squad, a software company based in Mexico City and famous previously for pretty much nothing as they seem to have been spending day and night on this awesome magnum opus. So with setup and mode pushed aside, when you, or your inquisitive child, with a brain all ready to soak up inspiration and creativity and gosh darn it even rocket science, you will initially see this screen for building your works of genius.  This is the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) and this is where your first mishaps will surely take place.   Note how easily the components simply stack together, like internet-age stickle bricks.  This means that building a rocket - or what neither looks nor functions like any kind of space vehicle - easy and fun and hardly ever frustrating.  While this game starts perfectly simply, the learning curve i...

Websites That Replace Apps 1 - wordcounter.net

The first entry in a new series of websites that totally replace apps is wordcounter.net.   Whether you write the occasional email or are constructing a 6 volume competitor for Game of Thrones, this website will be awesome for you. As a professional blog writer, the pressures can be great, especially if you have agent moaning about grammar and SEO and whatever the heck else, you need a typing tool you can rely on.  Deadlines for word count add a secondary stress, and this web tool - seems so minimal to call it merely a site - takes cares of that as well many other functions, including the somewhat special ability of talk to type which makes me giggle every time.
